David Wasser (President) began his career working for the MIami-Dade Public defender's office in the  Major Crimes Division. for over 10 years david investigated cases for the indigent citizens of Miami-dade. david's work was preformed throughout the cocaine cowboy's era in the 1980's. he helped the capital litigation and homicide units win several acquittal or not guilty verdicts for their clients. david worked tirelessly to provide proficient, successful and professional defense investigations for those charged with rape, robbery and homicide. 

in 1985, david opened the wasser agency in miami, fl.
